Today I've come up with an very interesting and useful content which will make you to get all your belongings that you've lost before. Why I'm telling like this is that, a lot of successful people got their assets due to following these steps, which I'm gonna tell you now. 

Before that I'm telling you one tiny story. 
A man was asked  to his mentor for a tip to become a successful man. His mentor said him a couple of tips. 
Tip 1 : do exercise daily.
Tip 2 : do read books every day.
That man was shocked 😲. He asked that what?? Are these 2 simple tips made me to become a successful man? He replied, yes do it regularly, you will see the changes in your life. That man returned back to his home and started doing exercises and reading books daily. Then what will happen in his life? Wait for the answer.
Yes, he has succeeded. Then immediately he made his way to his mentor and asked him how was this possible? He replied that if you done a work what you have decided to do in early morning itself, then the day will lead you to do your other works automatically. 

Yes... So that only early morning is called as a golden time of a day. What you have done in the early morning will decide your remaining day. We are going to see the topic which is related to early morning habits of a successful people.

I'm going to tell you 6 golden morning habit which was derived by successful people not me. And they made 6 morning habits into an acronym to remember quickly.

#1 Morning Habit - S - Silence

The very first habit you should do in the morning right after you woke up, should be silence. Do not take your mobile phone and disturb your brain by seeing unnecessary stuffs. Just sit down and keep calm.
Silence makes your brain to perform at its peak performance.
You can do it for about 1 minute or more than 1 minute. It is totally up to you. Silence would make you to calm your mind and relax your body muscles. Even a single thought should be strictly prohibited in your mind. 

If you are a person who hates silence or tends to sleep while silence, you can utilise this time in meditation and prayers. You know one thing, prayers is not related to spirituality. Once you know the potential of doing prayers, you will definitely stick to it.

#2 Morning Habit - A - Affirmation

Affirmation is nothing but saying yourself a positive statement which you want to achieve. You should repeat this statement to yourself. Successful people said that if you say a statement repeatedly, it will be stored in your subconscious memory and automatically you can achieve that. So make this as your morning habit and achieve your goals.

#3 Morning Habit - V - Visualization

Imagine a scenario which you want to be happen in your life and visualize that scenario. For example, if you want to get first mark in your exams, then you should visualize like already you got the first mark. Not only as a morning habit, you can utilize this habit whenever you feel really low.
Definitely you can achieve your goals by visualizing it repeatedly in your mind

#4 Morning Habit - E - Exercise

It is scientifically proven that exercise makes your energy level into high. Because by doing exercises in the early morning, your brain will get more oxygen which results to releasing endorphins. Because if endorphins, you can think clearly without any confusions. 
It is not necessary to go to gym and do heavy exercises. You have tons of simple exercise options in your hand

Reading doesn't mean that reading news papers. I wouldn't recommend you to read newspaper early morning. Because nowadays newspaper has lots of bad news only. So read whatever makes you happy and relax. It would be more beneficial if it is a self improvement books. Because successful people read books which makes to improve them day by day.

Write down your thoughts, goals, desires, achievement and all in a physical notebook and have a look what you have written regularly. Your wordings will make a dramatic change in your life. Yes it will pretend you from deviating from your goals. And event time you look into what you've written, it will remind you to achieve it quickly. Generally I would say that your words is more than enough to motivate you.

That's all......
All you have to do is, incorporate these 6 golden morning habits into your morning routine and see the changes. I think these habits are not at all a toughest habits. Everyone can do all 6 habits. And for doing this probably 5 to 10 minutes is enough. So make use of your first 5 to 10 minutes by doing this 6 morning habits and see the changes happening in your life. 
And most importantly, when you woke up everyday is matters here. So try to wake up early morning between 6 to 7 AM.
